CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SHERIDAN – Christin Tibbetts, 22, of Dunkirk was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny. At approximately 4:46 p.m., Tibbetts was taken into custody as a result of an alleged incident that happened in August 2013. Tibbetts allegedly broke into a garage and stole property valued at more than $1,000. Tibbetts was transported to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Bret W. Teboe, 54, of Jamestown was charged Friday with improper right-hand turn, failing to keep right, driving while intoxicated and DWI per se. At approximately 1:57 a.m., police stopped Teboe after observing him make an improper right-hand turn and failing to keep right. Police determined Teboe to be intoxicated. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail.

Joseph M. Dominick, 48, of Jamestown was charged Friday with speeding in zone and driving while intoxicated. At approximately 1:53 a.m., police observed a vehicle traveling quickly across the south side of town from Cole Avenue to City View Avenue. The vehicle was found to be traveling north on City View Avenue at 50 mph. The vehicle was stopped on Hallock Street at Hillcrest Avenue. Dominick was found to be intoxicated. He will be arraigned in the Jamestown City Court.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Stacey A. Scinta, 23, of Cherry Creek was charged Thursday with petit larceny. After police were called to a shoplifting complaint at K-Mart on Fairmount Avenue, it was determined that Scinta had taken various property from the store and exited without paying for it. Scinta will appear in court at a later date.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Justin M. Kinney of Randolph was charged Thursday with driving while intoxicated per se, DWI .08 percent or higher and speeding in zone. At approximately 8:56 p.m., police observed a vehicle speeding on Hunt Road in Busti. After investigation, it was determined that Kinney was operating the vehicle intoxicated. He will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

Nathan J. Ellis, 32, of Salamanca was charged Friday with stopping/standing/parking on highway, consumption of alcoholic beverage/possession of open container, driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI and refusal of breath screening test. At approximately 12:30 a.m., Ellis was found on Bunker Hill Road in Coldspring. Ellis was arraigned in Randolph Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail on $5,000 cash bail. He will appear in Coldspring Court on Jan. 14.
