Area Police Reports


SILVER CREEK-Ralph Crawford, 47, of Silver Creek was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and moving from lane unsafely. At approximately 7:06 p.m., deputies observed a vehicle that was headed eastbound on Central Avenue veer off the road and into a ditch. Further investigation determined that the driver- Crawford- was intoxicated. Crawford will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.

HANOVER-An unidentified 17-year-old male of Forestville was charged Sunday with driving across hazard markings, driving while intoxicated and DWI with blood alcohol content of .08 percent of 1 percent or more. At approximately 3:04 a.m., deputies were dispatched to Bradigan Road for an alleged vehicle off the road. Upon arrival, deputies observed a pickup truck off the road which had struck a utility pole. After investigation, it was determined the driver-the 17-year-old male-was intoxicated. The male will appear in Hanover Court at a later date.


Lynn A. Lee, 51, of Falconer was charged Friday with disorderly conduct. Shortly before midnight, police were dispatched to the Budget Inn in Falconer for a report of a disorderly subject. Upon arrival, police observed Lee disorderly and creating unnecessary noise by yelling obscenities and banging on doors. Lee was transported to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $500/$1,000 bail. She will appear in Ellicott Court on a later date.


Two unidentified males – one 16-year-old and one 17-year-old – were charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol. At approximately 10:36 p.m., police responded to 522 Pine Ridge Road, where an underage drinking party was taking place. Officers observed the above subjects in possession of alcohol and marijuana. Both will appear in Busti Court at a later date.
