TOPS?NY?721 Members Stress Food As Fuel
TOPS NY 721 Jamestown members met on Nov. 21 with 27 weighing in. Best losers were Mary Lou Lawson, TOPS, who also received free dues, and Jan Eckberg, KOPS. Games were played.
The thought was that no matter how crazy or hectic the day is, make time to pamper yourself everyday.
Thirty-one members weighed in on Dec. 5, and Diane Anderson was named KOPS best loser. Prize winners were Ethel Scott, Barb Linza and John Davis. Punch card winners were Donna Borst, Scott, Julie Davis, Mary Moore and Madeline DeMarco. Carol Kirkpatrick was the greeter. Donna Robeson gave the program. Nancy Shelters and Mary Moore were also prize winners.
The thought was that fuel is the food that makes the body run. Eating too much slows the body down.
Chapter weigh-ins are 8:30-9:30 a.m. each Thursday, followed by a meeting in the Kidder United Methodist Church, corner of South Main and Cole. For more information, call 763-4626.
