FALCONER – Alan A. Davis, 55, and Krystal M. Tyler, 21, both of Falconer, were charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. Police charged both Davis and Tyler after both were allegedly threatening to do harm to another residence of the apartment building. Both will appear in Ellicott Court at a later date.

Colton J. Parker, 23, of Sugar Grove, was charged Tuesday with public drunkeness and disorderly conduct. At approximately 1:43 a.m., Parker was found passed out in the back of a vehicle in a highly intoxicated state, police said.
