CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Samuel L. McKenney, 32, of Buffalo was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and fugitive from justice. Following a traffic stop, deputies found McKenney to be in possession of marijuana. Upon further investigation, deputies discovered McKenney had a bench warrant out of McKean County, Pa. McKenney was arraigned in Town of Salamanca Court and held on the charge from Pennsylvania in the Cattaraugus County Jail pending extradition.
Kara L. John, 37, of Coldspring was charged Friday with second-degree aggravated harassment. The charge stems from alleged threatening phone calls on another individual. John was arraigned in the Salamanca City Court and released on $250 bail. John will appear at Coldspring Town Court at a later date.
John Santiago, 46, of Killbuck was charged Nov. 1 with criminal mischief. At approximately 2:31 p.m., deputies detained Santiago for a traffic infraction. While conducting the investigation, deputies were notified that Santiago had an outstanding warrant out of the town of Brant. Santiago was placed into custody without incident. Santiago will appear in Brant Town Court at a later date.
Jason A. Rivera, 35, and Melissa S. Fisher, 35, both of Olean were charged Nov. 3 with trespassing and petit larceny. At approximately 2:30 p.m., deputies arrested Rivera and Fisher after stealing property and remaining unlawfully at a residence in Great Valley.
Ricky L. Perry, 22, of Buffalo was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. At approximately 1 p.m., deputies arrested Perry for unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in Salamanca. Perry was issued an appearance ticket and released. Perry is due in court on a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jaimee T. Mix, 39, of Falconer was charged with inadequate headlights, driving while intoxicated, and driving with .08 percent or more of alcohol. At approximately 2:25 a.m., police stopped a vehicle on North Main St. after observing it had inadequate headlights. Upon investigation, it was determined that Mix was intoxicated. Mix will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
Damian Rosado, 34, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with third-degree menacing and criminal mischief. At approximately 11:30 a.m., police responded to a phone call by a 32-year-old woman who stated that Rosado was on her porch and refused to leave. Upon arrival, police asked Rosado to leave. About 25 minutes later, after police cleared the scene, they were contacted again by the victim. A neighbor had witnessed Rosado puncture all four tires of the victim’s vehicle. Police responded but were unable to locate Rosado. A short time later, Rosado made a threat towards the victim while she was waiting for her child to get out of school. The victim requested that police meet her at her home. Upon arrival, police found a brick thrown through her living room window. Rosado was taken into custody, arraigned and released to probation.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Nicholas H. Wilkins, 29, of Bloomsberg, Pa., was charged Tuesday of driving while intoxicated common law, and DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more. At approximately 9:45 p.m., police determined Wilkins was intoxicated. Wilkins was issued an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
