Taglianetti Guilty Of Second-Degree Murder
MAYVILLE – Anthony “Rob” Taglianetti II has been found guilty of second-degree murder.
The jury returned the verdict Friday afternoon, just a few hours after being given instructions by Chautauqua County Court Judge John T. Ward.
Public Defender Nathaniel Barone and District Attorney David Foley presented their closing arguments Friday morning before court broke for a half-hour lunch break. Ward then instructed the jury before deliberations began.
