CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
SILVER CREEK – Douglas E. Bastedo, 22, of Silver Creek was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. At approximately 10 p.m., officers took Bastedo into custody after he was allegedly found to be in possession of a small bag of marijuana.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
SALAMANCA – Jason G. Siafakas, 32, of 6533 Hardscrabble Road, Killbuck, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Wildwood Avenue in the city of Salamanca. He was processed and taken to the Salamanca City Jail to await arraignment on the charges.
PERRYSBURG – Tammy L. Fisher, 43, of Forestville was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated blood alcohol content more than .08 percent, failure to keep right and unsafe backing after she was stopped on North Road for almost hitting a patrol car head on. During the investigation, her vehicle was put in reverse and almost struck the patrol car. She was administered a standard field sobriety test, charged and is due back in the town of Perrysburg Court.
PERRYSBURG – David H. Buck, 43, of 6782 Alderbottom Road, Conewango Valley, was charged at 3:31 a.m. Saturday with driving while intoxicated, speed in 55 zone, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana with further charges pending after being stopped on Route 39 for speeding and having a plate lamp out. Investigation revealed an open beer container in the vehicle along with a quantity of marijuana with further charges pending. Chris T. Farnham, 38, also of 6782 Alderbottom Road, was also charged in relation to this incident for obstruction of governmental administration when she refused to comply with deputies during the administering of a standard field sobriety test, refusing to stay in the vehicle and becoming argumentative. They are both due back in the town of Perrysburg Court.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
BUSTI – Lionel A. Wescott Jr., 25, of 5290 Spooner Road, Ashville, was charged at 3;50 a.m. on Oct. 27 with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, expired inspection and speeding. A Lakewood-Busti Police Officer was on patrol on Baker Street Extension and observed a vehicle speeding. Upon further investigation, Wescott was found to be operating the vehicle and was intoxicated. He will appear in the Town of Busti Court at a later date to answer the charges.
