LITTLE VALLEY – Lori Pettit Rieman, Cattaraugus County district attorney, recently reported the following activity in Cattaraugus County Court with the Hon. Ronald D. Ploetz presiding.

Jeremy M. Booker, 31, of Randolph pleaded not guilty to two counts of driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. The charges stem from an April 12 incident in the town of Leon. Police said Booker was operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition with a blood alcohol content of .16 percent. The matter has been adjourned for 45 days.

Sarah M. John, 31, of Salamanca pleaded not guilty to driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to keep right and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. The charges stem from a May 11 incident in the city of Salamanca. Police said John operated a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition without a valid driver’s license due to a prior alcohol-related conviction. The matter has been adjourned for 45 days.
