JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Alyssa R. Fetterman, 18, of Sinclairville, Nichole M. Peck, 21, of Sinclairville, and Kaylee R. Canella, 19, of Sinclairville were all charged with petit larceny Thursday. Jamestown officers responded to Tops at 2000 Washington St. at 3:15 p.m. for a report of three female shoplifters in custody. According to loss-prevention staff, the three females stole several items of merchandise. They were taken to Jamestown City Jail and charged.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Francesco Iuculano, 75, of Jamestown was charged with public lewdness on Wednesday at 11:52 a.m. Iuculano allegedly committed a lewd act involving an occupant of a vehicle parked in the Chautauqua Mall parking lot.

Chelsea Smith, 18, of Frewsburg was charged with petit larceny on Thursday at 3 p.m. Smith attempted to leave the Lakewood Wal-Mart without paying for merchandise allegedly concealed in her purse. Smith was stopped by Wal-Mart asset protection before leaving the store, police said. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Busti Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

VILLENOVA – Valerie Roach, 28, of Silver Creek was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain lane on Sunday at 5:20 a.m. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies followed up on an investigation from the Sunday personal-injury accident and issued Roach traffic tickets to appear in Villenova Court on Dec. 5. Additional charges are pending the results of a blood test that was secured following the accident. Blood test results typically take several months to be returned. At this time, the investigation is complete.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

BROCTON – Tracenna Moncrief, 29, of Mayville was charged with revoked parole/condition releases on Wednesday at 5:07 p.m.

PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Charles Rounds, 68, of Warren, Pa., was charged with driving a vehicle at a safe speed on Wednesday at 6 p.m. Rounds was traveling eastbound on Route 666 when he allegedly failed to properly negotiate a right-hand curve in the roadway. His 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan struck the guide rail on the south side of the roadway and continued across the roadway, striking the guide rail on the north side. Round’s vehicle continued traveling east before striking the guide rail on the south side a second time before then continuing traveling in an eastern direction striking the guide rail on the north side a second time before coming to a final rest. Rounds and three passengers were taken to the Warren General Hospital for treatment on injuries.
