Four Injured In Accident On Foote

Four people were injured in an accident at the intersection of Foote Avenue and Marion Street on Thursday.

At around 12:48 p.m. a 2005 Dodge Ram driven by Stephen Trask, 66, of Jamestown was traveling westbound on Marion Street when he failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign. Trask slammed into a 1997 Ford Ranger going north on Foote Avenue, driven by William Lange, 64, of Jamestown, at a right angle.

There were two other passengers in Lange’s vehicle, and all four victims were sent to the WCA Hospital. None of the injuries are life threatening.

Trask was issued a traffic ticket for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
