JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Christopher Brawdy, 20, of Bemus Point was charged with no or improper signal, unsafe start, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more on Thursday at 1:30 a.m. Brawdy turned left off East Sixth Street onto Winsor Street without signaling, police said. He was allegedly drunk and will be arraigned in the Jamestown City Court.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Lisandro Sanchez, 32, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of petit larceny on Thursday. Sanchez allegedly stole merchandise on June 30 and July 4 from Wal-Mart in Lakewood. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Oct. 10.

Cindylou Reich, 34, of South Dayton was charged with a criminal misdemeanor of intent to damage property on Wednesday at 7:06 p.m.

Kyle Salva, 34, of Youngsville, Pa. was charged with careless driving on Tuesday at 11:20 p.m. Kyle was traveling south on Cole Hill Road when he traveled off the east side of the roadway entering a ditch and impacting an embankment with the right front corner, police said. He traveled along the ditch in a southern direction for approximately 50 feet, coming to rest on its side face south, and suspected drug paraphernalia was seized from the car. Investigation is currently ongoing.
