CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SILVER CREEK – Brianna P. D’Angelo, 33, of 52 Babcock Ave., Silver Creek, was charged at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. She was taken into custody without incident, arraigned and released to appear in court on a later date.

  • CHAUTAUQUA – Scott D. Hosken, 53, of Lakeview was charged at 9:14 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1 with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08 of 1 percent or more alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana. Sheriff’s Deputies observed a vehicle parked on Davis Road in the town of Chautauqua with an occupant inside of it. Upon checking both the vehicle and its occupant, the vehicle attempted to leave the area. Deputies were able to speak with Hosken, the vehicle’s operator, and after a brief investigation found he was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was processed and later released with traffic tickets. He will appear in the town of Chautauqua Court at a later date and time.

TOWN OF ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

James A. Bellomo, 35, of 460 Vallerie Lane, Jamestown, was charged at 4 p.m. on Thursday on an arrest warrant for the charge of petit larceny. The warrant stemmed from an incident which occurred on Aug. 15 when Bellomo wrote a check on an account that had been closed. He was released and will be back in court at a later date.
