Jason Cuoco has joined Patient’s Pharmacy Inc. as director of marketing and sales, according to Diane Mathews, Patient’s Pharmacy Inc. vice president, and Don Nash Sr., president.
Cuoco will be responsible for marketing, business development, event and promotion planning, website development and advertising. Mathews said she is happy to have Cuoco join the pharmacy team and hopes to expand the company’s marketing base in the area with his expertise.
“It helps to have a familiar face to reach out to our clientele in the community. I am confident Jason (Cuoco) will be the one to help show our customers that we truly are their hometown drug store and so much more,” Mathews said.
Cuoco was the marketing and design coordinator for Greater Chautauqua Federal Credit Union from August 2011 to June 2013. He earned an associate’s degree in business management and marketing from Ohio State University in 2003 and is certified in graphic design and web development through Jamestown Community College.
Patient’s Pharmacy Inc. was established in 2007 as a closed pharmacy for nursing homes, assisted living facilities and group homes. In September 2012, Patient’s Pharmacy expanded as a retail pharmacy, relocating to the downtown Jamestown area.
Cuoco said he plans to incorporate social media as one of the bases for the pharmacy’s marketing. He will start with Twitter and Facebook to get connected.

Peterson Named ‘Best Lawyer’
Gregory L. Peterson, office leader of Phillips Lytle LLP’s Jamestown office, has been named to The Best Lawyers in America 2014 list.
Peterson was cited for his work in real estate law.
Overall, 58 Phillips Lytle attorneys have been selected by their peers for inclusion in this prestigious annual list, which was compiled and published by Woodward/White Inc. of Aiken, S.C.
“It is a tremendous honor to once again be included on this highly respected list. We are proud to be recognized across so many of our practice areas and office locations again this year. Inclusion on this list speaks to the quality of our work and the depth of our expertise,” said David J. McNamara, managing partner, Phillips Lytle LLP.
In addition to Peterson, The Best Lawyers in America 2014 also cited 46 attorneys from the firm’s Buffalo office, nine from its Rochester office and one each from its Albany and New York City offices.
Inclusion in the Best Lawyers in America list is based entirely on peer review. The methodology is designed to capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical area and legal practice area. Best Lawyers employs a sophisticated, conscientious, rational, and transparent survey process designed to elicit meaningful and substantive evaluations of the quality of legal services. The publication’s belief is the quality of a peer-review survey is directly related to the quality of its voting pool.
