ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

Todd W. Destro, 31, of Tonawanda; Ashley M. Havle, 21, of Jamestown; Jesse J. Hallett, 28, of Bemus Point; and Nathan M. Owen, 23, of Jamestown, were charged at 6 p.m. on Monday with disorderly conduct. Officers observed all four subjects allegedly using obscenities in the public park with numerous adults and children present. They were issued appearance tickets to be in Ellicott Court at a later date.

Michael A. DeAngelo, 24, of Jamestown, was charged at 6 p.m. on Monday with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of marijuana. Police observed Deangelo allegedly using obscenities in the public park with numerous adults and children present. He was issued appearance tickets to be in Ellicott Court at a later date.

Peter Shaw-Brougham Jr., 18, of Flood Road, Conewango, was charged with third-degree assault and petit larceny. Shaw-Brougham was taken into custody on two arrest warrants in Cattaraugus County stemming from an incident that took place in March. Police were dispatched for a larceny complaint regarding a large quantity of prescription pills. Police later learned the suspect allegedly assaulted the victim before taking the pills and fleeing the scene. He was arraigned in Ellicott Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

VILLENOVA – Eric T. Stalker, 39, of Route 83, was charged at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and criminal obstruction of breathing. Deputies were dispatched to a residence for a physical altercation in progress. When deputies arrived, an altercation could be heard coming from the residence. Entry was gained and Stalker was taken into custody. He was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.

HANOVER – Eric M. Sanden, 30, of Dunkirk, was charged at 3:30 p.m. on Friday with second-degree aggravated harassment. Deputies responded to a report of threatening phone calls. After speaking with the victim, it was alleged that Sanden made threats of bodily harm. He was issued an appearance ticket to be in Hanover Court at a later date.
