Cherry Creek Man Charged In Hanover Robbery
A Cherry Creek man faces charges in connection with a robbery at the Kwik Fill on Routes 5 & 20 in Hanover last Friday.
Daniel E. Mniszewski, 44, of Route 83, Cherry Creek, was charged with first-degree robbery and petit larceny after leads led the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office to his identification earlier this week.
Mniszewski was detained and during the subsequent interview he gave a voluntary statement regarding the incident. Further charges may be coming from a town of Hamburg incident.
Mniszewski was arraigned in Town of Hanover Court and sent to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash/$100,000 property bail.
