JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Lisa A. Rodriguez, 38, was charged at 10:47 p.m. on Saturday with unsafe passing, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater. Police said they observed a vehicle passing several cars unsafely on East Second Street near Cowing Street. Rodriguez was stopped and later found to be intoxicated, police said. She was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown Police Department.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

RIPLEY – Ashley R. Belson, 29, was charged at 2:30 a.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se and inadequate tail lights. Deputies observed a vehicle operating with inadequate tail lights. Belson was stopped and later found to be intoxicated, police said. She was taken into custody and will appear in Ripley Court at a later date.

RIPLEY – Markus J. Meredith, 19, was charged at 11 p.m. on Saturday with unlawful possession marijuana and no seatbelt. Daniel J. Dulong, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Deputies observed an individual operating a vehicle without a seatbelt. Following an investigation, a small quantity of marijuana was found inside the vehicle. Both were issued appearance tickets to be in Ripley Court at a later date.
