Kennedy?Grange Meetings Resume In September

Kennedy Grange 496 met recently at the Clarks Corners Community Church. Many community projects were done, with thank you cards received from Kennedy Pride for the cookies made by the grange ladies for the Victorian tea, The Salvation Army for the donation made for the Agnes Home, Kennedy United Methodist Church for the food drive for the church cupboard, and Falconer Central School for the donation made for the after prom party and vigil. Also a letter was read from Joint Neighborhood Project thanking the grange for years of support.

Barb Wiltsie won the biscuit contest for Pomona, so her entry will go on to states.

Pennies were given to Pomona, as well as three lap robes with stuffed toys for cancer patients at Roswell.

The grange decided to take a summer break, and resume meetings in September.
