CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
POLAND – Jordan Bradybaugh, 30, of Grandview Road, Kane, Pa., was charged at midnight on Wednesday with second-degree harassment and criminal mischief. Deputies learned Bradybaugh was involved in an altercation with another party. Police said Bradybaugh allegedly dragged a person from his vehicle and caused damage to their cellphone before fleeing the scene. Charges are pending in Poland Court.
SILVER CREEK – Nathan K. Thompson, 18, of Hanover Road, was charged at 9:39 p.m. on July 2 with breach of the peace. Deputies were in the area of Maple Place when a crowd developed in the road and a verbal altercation ensued. Thompson was advised numerous times to disperse and allegedly refused to do so. He was charged and is scheduled to appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Toni L. Bradberry, 21, was charged at 2 a.m. on Tuesday with four counts of second-degree harassment, two counts of second-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Officers responded to Linden Avenue for a report of a disorderly person. Police learned Bradberry allegedly entered a home unlawfully and caused a disturbance inside the residence. Bradberry was escorted outside, but she kicked a victim and a bystander in the area. Police said she re-entered the residence but fled when officers arrived. Bradberry was found a short time later and was taken into custody. Police said she allegedly attempted to run and kicked and spit on officers in the process. She was transported to Jamestown City Jail and awaiting arraignment.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
Shawn M. Paprocki, 26, and Amy M. Swanson, 40, both of Jamestown, were charged at 3:35 p.m. on Tuesday with petit larceny following an incident at Wal-Mart on Fairmount Avenue. Police said both subjects allegedly placed new shoes on their feet and exited the store without paying. Both are scheduled to appear in Busti Court at a later date.
Christine L. Hawkins, 42, was charged at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday with second-degree harassment. Police said Hawkins allegedly threatened to punch her neighbor in the face at Southwestern Drive in the town of Busti. She will be in Busti Court at a later date.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
Corinne L. Frye, 53, of Hamburg, was charged at midnight on July 5 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. Police were on patrol and observed a vehicle swerve into the southbound lane while traveling north on South Portage Street. Frye was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. She is scheduled to appear in Westfield Court at a later date.
Jon D. Nusom, 49, was charged at 8:40 p.m. on June 15 with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Police responded with State Police and sheriff’s deputies to Clark Street for a report of a disorderly male. Police could smell a strong odor of burnt marijuana. Nusom was allegedly found in possession of 2 ounces of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket to be in court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
CUBA – Jonathan Johnson, 37, turned himself on an arrest warrant issued out of Hinsdale Court. He was charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child stemming from a previous incident in Hinsdale. He is due back in court later.
ELLICOTTVILLE – Peter W. Waldorf, 51, of Lake Avenue, Blasdell, was charged at 10 p.m. on July 4 for driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and failure to keep right. Deputies stopped Waldorf for failure to keep right and driving erratically. An investigation found him to be intoxicated.
LITTLE VALLEY – Robert G. Case, 44, was charged at 10:25 p.m. on July 4 with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and aggravated first-degree unlicensed operation. Deputies stopped Case for no tail light and was later found to be intoxicated. He was processed and released to appear in Little Valley Court at a later date.
ELLICOTTVILLE – Megan Y. Dickinson, 24, of Main Street, Franklinville, was charged at 12:54 a.m. on July 5 with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater. Dickinson was stopped on Route 242 for failure to keep right and following too closely. An investigation later found her to be intoxicated.
LITTLE VALLEY – Steven J. Borkowski, 21, of 10th Street, was charged at 11:20 p.m. on July 3 with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, open container of alcohol, littering on a highway and unsafe passing. He was processed and released on tickets to be in New Albion Court at a later date.
