CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SILVER CREEK – Ian T. Ward, 21, of Hickory Street, was charged at 1:52 a.m. on Wednesday with two counts of second-degree menacing. Deputies responded to Hickory Street for an incident and found that Ward had been involved in a verbal altercation with family members, at which time he displayed a 12-gauge shotgun. Ward was located in possession of the gun in the attic. He was taken into custody and arraigned in Silver Creek Court. Ward was remanded to Chautauqua County and will be back in court at a later date.

HANOVER – Issac P. Mallette-Lloyd, 27, of High Street, Cassadaga, was charged at 12:15 a.m. on Wednesday with unlawfully dealing with a child, unlawful possession of marijuana and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Routes 5 and 20 for an equipment violation. Mallette-Lloyd, a passenger, was found to have been supplying alcohol to a 17-year-old female in the vehicle. Mallette-Lloyd was taken into custody and released to appear in Hanover Court at a later date.

NORTH HARMONY – Matthew W. Chapman, 26, of Mayville was charged at 12:53 a.m. on Thursday with operating a motor vehicle with less than two headlights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies on patrol on Route 394 observed a vehicle with less than two headlights. Police later learned Chapman’s drivers license was suspended. He was taken into custody and released with traffic citation to be in North Harmony Court at a later date.

HANOVER – Lawrence Kropp, 22, of Sage Avenue, Buffalo, was charged at 4:54 p.m. on Saturday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Routes 5 and 20 for allegedly not stopping at a stop sign. Kropp was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Kropp was taken into custody and issued appearance tickets to be in Hanover Court.

HANOVER – Jillian H. Kluss, 19, of Lakeview, and Haley K. Harris, 18, of Williamsville, were charged at 11:50 p.m. on Saturday with open container under 21 years old. Deputies were on patrol in Sunset Bay when two females were observed to be in possession of open alcoholic containers on Alleghany Road. Kluss and Harris were cited and will answer the charge in Hanover Court at a later date.

KIANTONE – Kevin J. Millward, 43, of Jamestown was charged at 2:30 a.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated common law, DWI per se with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and failure to keep right. Deputies observed a vehicle traveling on Route 60 fail to keep right. Millward was taken into custody after it was determined he was intoxicated. He will be in Kiantone Court at a later date.
