Chautauqua County Realtors Receive Presidential Awards

Forty-eight members of the Chautauqua County Board of Realtors Inc. were honored at the general membership breakfast meeting held recently at Moonbrook Country Club.

Realtors and realtor-associates presented with the Presidential Award of Bronze – sales volume of 1 million or 20 sides – are Lory Anderson, Frank Benedetto, Patti Crist, Crystal Ellsworth, Michael Flowers, Marilyn Gruel, Adele Harrington, Doug Hooper, Margaret Lieber, Vicki Lee Little, Ruth Nelson, Connie O’Connor, Jennifer Ortman, Mindy and Tony Parinella, Pat Prusha, Rex Rater, Sandy Rater, Wayne Reimondo, Bill Rollinger, Debbie Rowe, Cindy Sellstrom, Bobbie Thompson, Sara Vail, Jack Villella, Judy Weilacher and Jennifer Wohler.

Realtors and realtor-associates presented with the Presidential Award of Silver – sales volume of 2 million or 30 sides – were Lisa Barber, Roger Britz, Becky Colburn, Bill Corsi, Olivia James, Renee Pchelka, Karen Shaw, Wayne Weaver, Leigh Yates and Jerod Zahn.

Realtors and realtor-associates presented with the Presidential Award of Gold – sales volume of 3 million or 40 sides – are Catherine Brooks, Sandy Calalesina, Sandy Haines, Sharon Lisciandro, Anne LaPaglia and Dale Sandberg.

Realtors and realtor-associates presented with the Presidential Award of Platinum – sales volume of 5 million or 50 sides – are Bill Carlson, Jane Grice, Ginger Johnson and Ed Miller.

The top award of Diamond – sales volume of 10 million or 60 sides – was presented to Lou Dispenza and Karen Goodell.

First place in transactions for 2012 went to Lou Dispenza with 92 closed transactions. Second place in transactions for 2012 went to Bill Carlson with 47 closed transactions. Third place in transactions for 2012 went to Dale Sandberg with 44 closed transactions.

First place sales volume for 2012 went to Karen Goodell with $10,888,900 in closed sales volume. Second place in sales volume for 2012 went to Jane Grice with $9,654,200 in closed sales volume. Third place in sales volume for 2012 went to Lou Dispenza with $8,349,540 in closed sales volume.
