LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Jaime L. Condella, 35, of Bone Run Road, Frewsburg, was charged on Monday with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Condella was taken into custody on a warrant following an incident and investigation at Wal-Mart on May 1. Police said Condella allegedly possessed stolen property from the store and did not return it. He is due back in Busti Court at a later date.

A 16-year-old and 18-year-old were charged at 8:30 p.m. on Sunday with petit larceny. The subjects were accused of stealing merchandise from Wal-Mart on Fairmount Avenue and will be in Busti Court at a later date.

Lindsey M. Torres, 21, of Lexington Plaza, Jamestown, was charged at 12:49 a.m. on Monday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se, speed not reasonable and failure to keep right. Police responded to a one-car accident on West Lake Road near Lakeside Drive. Police learned an eastbound vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and went off the north side of the road, striking a few trees and a road sign. There were two people in the vehicle. Torres was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date. No injuries were reported.

Ashley T. Luka, 21, of Summit Avenue, Lakewood, was charged at 8:16 p.m. on Sunday with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se and failure to obey a no passing zone. Luka was taken into custody after police learned she allegedly traveled at a high rate of speed and passed a vehicle in a no passing zone. She was later found to be intoxicated and was issued appearance tickets to be in court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Anthony J. Park, 25, was charged at 12:30 a.m. on Monday with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Officers were called to Allen Street for a domestic dispute. Officers spoke with the victim who stated her brother engaged in a verbal argument that turned physical when Park allegedly punched her in the side of her head, pushed her to the ground and choked her. Park also allegedly threw a plastic lawn chair at a window, breaking the chair and putting a hole in the screen of the window. Park was located a short time later and taken into custody. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and was awaiting arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SILVER CREEK – Brian L. Nowak, 27, was charge at 7:50 p.m. on Saturday with driving while intoxicated combination drugs/alcohol, unregistered operation and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Deputies responded to a vehicle complaint on Lafayette Street. Nowak was found to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was found to be in possession of a set of metal knuckles. Deputies learned Nowak’s learners permit had expired. He was processed and released with appearance tickets to be in Silver Creek Court.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

CATTARAUGUS – Kyle J. Harris, 35, of South Street, was charged on Sunday with second-degree harassment. Harris was taken into custody following a domestic dispute with a female relative. Police learned Harris allegedly struck the female in the face with his hand during the argument. He turned himself into deputies and was arraigned in New Albion Court.

RANDOLPH – James W. Warblow, 31, of Bella Place, Tonawanda, was charged on Friday with violation of probation. Warblow was taken into custody on a warrant and was arraigned in Randolph Court. He was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.

YORKSHIRE – Bryan R. Blankenberg, 28, of Route 16, Delevan, was charged on Friday with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater, inadequate headlights, failure to signal and open container in a motor vehicle. Blankenberg was processed and released to appear in Yorkshire Court at a later date.

ALLEGANY – Brian A. Tobola, 21, of Dugan Road, was charged on Sunday with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on Four Mile Road. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be back in court at a later date.

ALLEGANY – Thomas M. Mcrae, 20, of South Main Street, Portville, was charged on Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on Four Mile Road. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be back in court at a later date.
