Dubia Leads Skillman’s Ladies Tour

CHAUTAUQUA -Hallie Dubia fired an 82 for the low gross as the Skillman’s Ladies Tour traveled to Chautauqua Golf Club on Tuesday.

Using the modified Stableford System, Julie Songster led Flight A with plus 9, Barb Blanchard was second with plus 2 and Sonia Probst had minus 1 for third place.

Annette Patric and Lee Spangler each carded minus 1s to pace Flight B, Sally Buffone and Brenda Tarana finished in second with plus 4s and Karen Cotton had a minus 5 for third.

In Flight C, Sharon Dowd took first with plus 5, Nancy Barkstrom was second with plus 3 and Sally Dilts fired a plus 2 for third place.

Linda Smith led the way in Flight D with plus 10, Cindy Janson took second place with plus 5 and Carol Sorg was third with plus 4.

Closest-to-the-pin winners were Mary Green on No. 6 and Elsa Hern on No. 15.

The next outing for the Skillman’s tour will be at 9 a.m. on July 15 at Riverside Golf Club.
