Pleas & Sentences
MAYVILLE – David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.
Gualberto Gonzalez, 35, of 322 Canary St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to 2-6 years in state prison for two counts of third-degree burglary.
Michael J. Hill, 22, of 11585 Fancher Hill Road, Cattaraugus, was sentenced to 1-3 years in prison for third-degree burglary.
Julio Arizmendi Jr., 23, of 123 S. Zebra St., Dunkirk, was sentenced to 1-3 years in state prison for violation of probation.
Raymond E. Jordan, 62, of 3034 Cassadaga Road, Cassadaga, was sentenced to 1 year in jail for felony driving while intoxicated and third-degree unlawful fleeing of a police officer.
Jarvelle E. Leeper, 30, of 113 Kidder St., Jamestown, was sentenced to 1 year in jail for first-degree criminal contempt consecutive to 6 months in jail for second-degree criminal contempt.
Jason D. White, 33, of 4546 W. Main St., Fredonia, was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 5 years probation for third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Eric L. Vanaernam, 56, of 1361 Woodchuck Road, Irving, was sentenced to 5 years probation, a $2,000 fine and 5 years ignition interlock device for felony driving while intoxicated.
Thomas B. Wutz, 53, of 10343 Alleghany Road, Forestville, was sentenced to 60 days in jail, 5 years probation and a $1,000 fine for felony driving while intoxicated.
Robert Grazulewicz, 32, of 90 Bowen St., Jamestown, was sentenced to 5 years probation, for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Carin C. Knight, 23, of 70 Sturges St., Jamestown, was sentenced to 5 years probation for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Jessica Lay, 21, of 51 Henry St., Salamanca, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and restitution for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
