CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
DUNKIRK – Douglas D. Baldwin, 33, of Route 5, was charged at 8 p.m. on Sunday with disorderly conduct. Deputies responded to a fight and later found that Baldwin engaged in a fight with another neighbor in the trailer park. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in Dunkirk Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN – David A. Bemis, 44, was charged at 4:47 p.m. on Wednesday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator. Bemis was issued an appearance ticket and will be in Jamestown Court at a later date. A licensed driver took possession of the truck.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Michael F. Lane, 29, of Hoag Road, Ashville, was charged on June 6 with aggravated harassment. Police learned Lane called the Dunkin Donuts store on North Main Street on three occasions, causing an employee to be annoyed. Lane was issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Court.
