Matt Roach allowed just two hits over five innings and Nolan Knipe stroked three hits when Bemus Point VFW beat Stockton, 12-2.

Logan Fain tripled, Kass Howard and Pat Nelson doubled for the VFW.

Jake Bebee and Brent Goot singled in the loss.

Brett Payne and Dylan Ingrao limited Gerry to two hits as the Falconer Fireman prevailed, 15-2.

A. J. Genco slammed three hits, Jacob Peru two with a triple, Ingrao two with a double, Brenton Yager and Johnny Samuelson two singles for the winners.

Thorp and Peterson hit doubles for Gerry.


Cameron Rizzo-Walker singled, stole second and third and came in with the winning run on Carson Peters’ infield single to shortstop as the Jock Shop shaded the Eagles, 7-6, in eight innings.

Rizzo-Walker ended the game by nailing a runner at the plate on a throw from center field.

Peters had two hits, including an inside-the-park home run with a man aboard, and Andrew Latona added two hits for the winners. Latona also won the George Barone award.

Mike Mammoser and Latona combined for 13 strikeouts and five walks while allowing seven hits.

For the Eagles, Matt Hill recorded two hits and shared the pitching with Dakota McIntyre, who came up with 17 strikeouts, eight walks and six hits.

Peppy’s Dental topped Jamestown Savings Bank, 11-8.

For the winners, Davante Strudwick had two singles and two RBIs while Jeremy had a double.

Noah Johnson was the winning pitching with one inning of work and the save went O’Neil Rosado.

For JSB, Jacob Quattrone and Thomas each had a double and a single, and Pedro Hernandez had a double.


Channing Brainard, Kody Scott, Brayden Scott, Dylan Alexander and Shelby Withers recorded three hits each as the Spony Auto A’s edged the Barton Tool Yankees, 8-7.

Reid DiDomenico, Ethan Sharpe, Gage Swanson and Brady Shea had three hits in defeat.


The Affinity Blue Jays beat the Fancher Chair Tigers, 14-0, with Zachary Breeding having three hits with a double and Caleb Kindberg three singles.

Taylor Frankiewicz socked two doubles in the win.

Nathan Harmon doubled and Selena Santiago singled for the Tigers.


Zach Sisson, Landon Mower and Carter Sisson fanned 11 and Mower drove in three runs with a home run and a single as the Gerry Jammers routed Cassadaga, 19-5, in the opening game of the Valley League Tournament.

Kolton Gibbons drove in five runs with a triple and a single for the winners.

Dorman delivered an RBI double, Max Pingitore and Swarthourt added RBI singles for Cassadaga.


Trey Drake’s two-out single drove in the lone run in the bottom of the sixth inning as Artone’s shaded Pizza Hut, 1-0.

Stefano Isabella and Cole Joly made defensive plays for the winners.

Christian DeJesus, Zachary Marra and Jayden Elifritz had hits in the win.

For Pizza Hit, Victor Smith had three hits while Keith Miller and Ian Shoobridge contributed key singles.
