CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
SILVER CREEK – Jamie L. Delregno, 31, of Union Street, Rochester, was charged at 1:55 a.m. on Tuesday with speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies stopped a vehicle for speeding on Central Avenue. Police learned Delregno’s license was suspended and was taken into custody. Delregno was sent to Chautauqua County Jail and will appear in Silver Creek Court at a later date.
RIPLEY – Timothy Conklin, 60, of State Street, was charged at 9:30 p.m. on Monday with trespassing and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Police learned Conklin became involved in an incident with another resident in Ripley. During the incident it is alleged that Conklin trespassed and became involved in a dispute. He was issued appearance tickets and will be in court at a later date.
STOCKTON – Joseph W. Zipp, 22, of Forestville was charged at 11:37 p.m. on Monday with operating a motor vehicle with less than two headlights, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Deputies on patrol on Route 60 in Cassadaga observed a northbound vehicle with less than two working headlights, and Zipp was identified as the driver. He was later found to be intoxicated. Zipp will appear in Stockton Court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
SALAMANCA – Dallas J. O’Brien, 78, was charged at 6:40 a.m. on May 29 with third-degree criminal trespassing. O’Brien was found to have been at the Seneca Allegany Casino after he was excluded from all gaming properties . He was transported to Salamanca City Jail where he was released to appear back in court.
OTTO – Nicholas D. Casselman, 23, of Beaver Meadows Road, Machias, was charged at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday with second-degree criminal trespassing. He was taken into custody following a domestic dispute. He was arraigned in Persia Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
FREDONIA – Lydia E. White, 19, of Irving, was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana and underage alcohol possession. White was stopped on Routes 5 and 20 for having a modified exhaust and no front plate. She was found to be in possession of 2.6 grams of marijuana and nine cans of beer. White was issued tickets for Hanover Court.
