Two Charged With Public Lewdness In Falconer
FALCONER – Two Falconer residents were charged Sunday after police said they were found engaging in lewd behavior within an area park.
Ellicott police charged Kenneth D. Riedesel, 42, of West Everett Street, and Lequeta F. Debnar-Dombek, 48, of Carlton Avenue, after responding around 6 p.m. to Abe Mattison Millrace Park for a suspicious situation. According to a police report from the Ellicott Police Department, officers found the two engaging in lewd behavior.
Children allegedly were present at the park at the time of the incident, police said.
“We monitor this particular area and will respond when we get calls of illegal activity,” said Det. Brad Knight. “We do routine patrols quite often at the park.”
Knight would not speak specifically on the lewdness charges.
During their investigation, a small quantity of marijuana was found on Riedesel, police said. Both subjects were issued appearance tickets for public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child. Riedesel also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Both area residents are scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
