Jamestown Man Jailed For Exposing Himself In Public
A Jamestown man is in city jail after police said he exposed himself in the area of four youths Sunday afternoon.
Patrick W. Hodgkin, 40, was taken into custody at 12:20 p.m. and was awaiting arraignment. Police said Hodgkin allegedly stood in the middle of West 15th Street and exposed himself to those in the immediate neighborhood.
According to a police report, of the residents who were outside at the time of the incident, four children under the age of 14 were identified.
Police did not say whether the youths witnessed Hodgkin.
The city resident was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness. He was transported to city jail without incident, police said.
