ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

A 16-year-old and 13-year-old were charged at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday for petit larceny. Officers responded to Dollar General on West Main Street in Falconer. Store staff had detained two Falconer youths for allegedly taking candy bars and Bic lighters from the store without paying. The 16-year-old will be in Ellicott Court at a later date while the 13-year-old will be petitioned to Family Court.

Tayler A. Moore, 23, of Townline Road, was charged at 1:20 a.m. on May 10 for driving while intoxicated common law, DWI per se and failure to maintain lane. Police stopped Moore for failure to maintain lane. He was later found to be intoxicated. Moore is scheduled to be in Ellicott Court at a later date.

Marie E. Young, 26, of East Everett Avenue, Falconer, was taken into custody on a warrant May 3 for allegedly harassing another subject while in the town of Ellicott. Young will be in court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

NORTH HARMONY – Sean P. Reardon, 51, of Hogg Road, Ashville, was charged at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and speeding in a zone. Deputies stopped a vehicle on Route 394 for speeding. Reardon was found to have a revoked driver’s license for a prior drug-related driving offense. He was taken into custody and released to appear back in court at a later date.
