LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

Misty R. Simko, 29, of Mayville was charged at 5:03 p.m. on Monday with petit larceny. Simko was observed placing 16 pairs of panties into her purse at Victoria’s Secret in Chautauqua Mall then leaving the store without paying. Simko was confronted by police once outside the store and charged.

Mark G. Watson, 23, of Dunham Avenue, Celoron, was taken into custody at 1 p.m. on Monday on a violation of probation filed by Busti Court. Watson was arraigned and will be in court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

SALAMANCA – Mark E. Hajnos, 29, of Grand Island was charged at 5:18 a.m. on May 10 with trespassing. Hajnos was found on property after he was told not to return while at the Seneca Allegany Casino. He was taken into custody and released on an appearance ticket.

OLEAN – Randy J. Kenyon, 35, of Barry Street, Olean was taken into custody at 6 p.m. on May 10 at his residence on a warrant issued from Olean police. Kenyon was taken to Olean Police Department and turned over for further processing.

OLEAN – Jenna L. Kincaid, 27, of Alder Street was charged at 3:30 p.m. on May 8 with fourth-degree welfare fraud, fourth-degree grand larceny and two counts of offering a false instrument for filing. Kincaid was issued appearance tickets and is accused of failing to report that the father of her children lived in the household and had income. Kincaid received $1,983 in food stamps to which she was not entitled.
