Area Police Reports


Edward Timblin, 49, of Lafayette Street was charged on May 3 with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, two counts of petit larceny and third-degree unlawful possession of a personal information number. Police took a report from a resident that had discovered several unauthorized charges on her banking account. Police were able to track the transactions and obtained security video from several locations where the purchases were made. Timblin allegedly used a card belonging to the victim without permission. He was arraigned and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.


Steven D. Johnson was charged at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police stopped Johnson’s vehicle for a traffic infraction. An investigation found Johnson in possession of a small quantity of marijuana. He was issued appearance tickets and release, and will be in Busti Court at a later date.


HINSDALE – Jason M. Giberson, 37, was charged at 7:45 p.m. on May 4 with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation. Giberson was arraigned in Hinsdale Court.

FRANKLINVILLE – Jandrew M. Terwiliger, 20, was charged at 10:50 p.m. on Sunday with criminal possession of a controlled substance and controlled substance out of its original container. Terwiliger was arraigned in Franklinville Court and transported to jail.

KILL BUCK – Olivar Gonzalez-Iriarte, 44, of Salamanca was taken into custody on May 4 on a Family Court violation issued by Cattaraugus County. He was arraigned in Carrollton Court and is due back in Family Court at a later date.

ASHFORD – Nolan Przybyciel, 21, of Hamburg was charged at 10:08 a.m. on May 4 with driving while intoxicated common law, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and speeding in a zone. He was taken to Ellicottville Police Department and released to a third party.
