Korth — Peterson

Elizabeth ”Betsy” Susan Peterson and Craig Andrew Korth exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 4, 2012, at Hillcrest Baptist Church, Jamestown, N.Y. The Rev. Denis O’Pray performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Brian Bogey, organist, Nicole Zenns, flutist, Cody Lassinger, trumpeter and Jacqueline Chiarot, soloist.

The bride is the daughter of Randall S. and Susan Peterson of Ashville, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Elsie J. Colander and Gladys Peterson, both of Jamestown, N.Y., and the late Fred J. Colander and Lyle S. Peterson. Her husband is the son of Edward and Otylia Korth of Long Island, N.Y.

The bride wore an organza strapless MoriLee by Madeline Gardner. Intricate embroidery decorates the strapless neckline with draping shaping the bodice and falling on the hips. Applicades cascading onto a billowy waterfall skirt with an extra long chapel train

Katherine Gerber was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amanda Peterson, sister-in-law of the bride, Laichun Peterson, sister-in-law of the bride, Allison Dupler, Sarah Zera and Jacquelyn Williams. Flower girl as Abigail Peterson, niece of the bride.

Best man was Richard Mazaneck. Ushers were Jeremy Peterson, brother of the bride, Adam Peterson, brother of the bride, Robert Allen, Brady Mills and Danny Che. Ring bearers were Jayden Mojeda, nephew of the groom, Benjamin Peterson, nephew of the bride, and Jake Peterson, nephew of the bride.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Jamestown High School, a 2008 graduate of the State College at Geneseo and a 2009 graduate of Harvard Graduate School of Education in math education. She is employed as a math teacher at Nyack Middle School in Nyack, N.Y. Her husband is a 2004 graduate of William Floyd High School and a 2008 graduate of the State College at Geneseo. He is employed as a senior accountant at KAYAK.

They honeymooned in Anguilla, BWI.

They are living in Nyack, N.Y.
