CAL RIPKEN 11-12 LEAGUE

Matt Roehmholdt and Bryce Jackson ripped doubles and Cooper Pannes a triple as Lewis & Lewis downed Ecklof’s Bakery, 14-8.

Brennan Roehmholdt made the defensive play of the game by making a double play from second base.

Brett Dunham doubled and Hunter Giunta singled for Ecklof’s.

RIPKEN ROOKIE LEAGUE

Xavier Foust and Cole Joly went 2-for-2 with two runs scored; Sean O’Brien and Mason Chapman also had a pair of hits and Artone edged Forecon, 7-6.

Trey Drake was a defensive standout for the winners.

Nathan Torres, Owen Kearney and Caleb Piazza went 3-for-3 while teammates Landon Jones and Dominic Piazza delivered two hits each in defeat.

EAST LAKE PREP LEAGUE

Stuart Tool & Die from Falconer defeated Southwestern, 6-4, behind the pitching of Johnny Samuelson, who worked five innings, allowing three hits with three strikeouts and two walks.

Samuelson, Duel Card and Dylon Howard had singles for the winners.

For Southwestern, Cole Snyder, Chris Cooper and A.J. Smith had hits.

BEMUS POINT LL

Easton Tanner continued his dominance on the mound for the Steeners on Wednesday against CCB.

Tanner, who hurled four innings in the 13-3 victory over CCB, has now thrown straight 10 innings without allowing a single hit. Over that span he has fanned 24 batters and walked just three.

Tanner also led the squad at the plate on Wednesday, going 3-for-5 with a triple. Josh Golando added a perfect 3-for-3 day with three RBIs and Zach Fischer, Campbell Howard, Ben Lockwood and Will Steen had two hits apiece.

JAMESTOWN MACHINE PITCH

Jack Carlson delivered two hits and scored two runs, Jacob Smeraldo had a solid defensive performance and Slone Melhuish defeated LSS.

For LSS, Dylan Rossey and Nathan Beebe each connected for two hits.

VALLEY LEAGUE LL

Connor Crabtree had two hits, including a triple, to lead the Gerry Jammers past Sinclairville, 5-4.
