CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

DUNKIRK – Jacob Lilly, 17 of Berry Road, Fredonia was issued uniform traffic tickets and Juan Santiago-Ramierz, 29, of Main Street, Dunkirk, was charged with unlicensed operator at 7:09 p.m. on Thursday. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two-vehicle accident on Route 5 in the town of Dunkirk. Upon further investigation, it was found that a vehicle operated by Santiago-Ramierz ran into the back passenger side of a vehicle operated by Lilly as he was attempting to make a right turn onto Wilbur Road. Lilly was transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital by Alstar Ambuland for complaint of pain. Santiago-Ramierz was charged and will appear in the Town of Dunkirk Court at a later date and time.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

On Friday, officers responded to a fight at 110 Broadhead Ave. During the fight, Kevin Raymond, 48, of Jamestown assaulted a male victim causing physical injury. Property was also damaged during the incident. Raymond was located a short distance from the scene and was taken into custody. He is being held at the City Jail pending arraignment on charged of third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
