LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPT.

Dustin M. Newman, 23, of 19 Crossman St., Jamestown was taken into custody at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday on a bench warrant for failing to appear in the Town of Busti Court on April 2 for arraignment on an original charge of petit larceny. He was arraigned and has an additional court date of May 1.

SALAMANCA POLICE DEPT.

SALAMANCA – A 16-year-old Salamanca female was charged at 3:54 p.m. on Monday with second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and an alcohol charge, following a complaint in the city. She was arraigned and sent to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.

SALAMANCA – Juanita Rivera, 35, of Salamanca was charged at 3:54 p.m. on Monday with endangering the welfare of a child, following a complaint in the city. Ms. Rivera was arraigned and sent to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,00 bond.

SALAMANCA – Andrew Skye, 24, of Salamanca was charged at 9:13 p.m. on Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana and two local law violations following a complaint. Skye was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Salamanca City Court at a later date to answer the charge.

SALAMANCA – Kevin Stafford, aka John Deere, 21, of Salamanca was charged at 9:30 p.m. on Monday with false personation and unlawful possession of marijuana following a complaint in the city. Stanford also had an arrest warrant for second-degree aggravated harassment, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment out of Salamanca Court. He was processed, arraigned and sent to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.

SALAMANCA – Rachel Nestle, 26, of Anadarko, Okla., was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:38 p.m. on Monday, following a fight complaint in the city. She was held until she became sober and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Salamanca City Court at a later date to answer the charge.

SALAMANCA – Micki L. Farnham was charged at 6:36 p.m. on Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree assault. She was arraigned and will appear in city court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Amos Krause was charged at 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday with third-degree assault. He will appear in city court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Raymon F. Wilson Jr. was charged at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday with second-degree harassment and will appear in city court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Timothy M. France, 25, of 786 Englewood Ave., Kenmore, N.Y., was taken into custody at 9:55 a.m. on Wednesday, on an arrest warrant that was issued out of Salamanca City Court for the charges of forcible touching, third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from a domestic that occurred in the city on April 12. France was processed and held for arraignment.

SALAMANCA – Ricky L. Armstrong, 33, of 62 Eagle St., Salamanca was charged at 7:03 p.m. on Wednesday, with disorderly conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in city court at a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE DEPT.

FALCONER – Patrick J. Lamar, 38, of 42 Waverly Ave., Celoron, and Crystal Houser, 33, of 3395 Falconer-Kimball Stand Road, Falconer were charged on Wednesday with disorderly conduct. Ellicott Police responded to a fight in the middle of East Elmwood Avenue and upon investigation charged Lamar and Houser. Both were using obscene and abusive language in a public place. Lamar was issued an appearance ticket to return to Ellicott Court at a later date. Houser was arraigned in Ellicott Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.

FALCONER – Blaydon F. Niles, 21, of 125 E. Elmwood Ave., Falconer was charged on Wednesday with resisting and disorderly conduct. Officers responded due to a 911 call being placed about a possible fight. Blaydon F. Niles was observed to be disorderly and arguing with a third party. At that time, he attempted to flee the residence. Niles was arraigned before a judge, bail was set and Niles was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
