Library To Screen ‘Lincoln’ Tuesday

FREWSBURG – Myers Memorial Library will be holding a special movie night, Tuesday. The award-winning “Lincoln” will be shown at 6 p.m. It is 2 hours long so attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a cushion for their chair. The movie was directed by Steven Spielberg and stars Daniel Day-Lewis as Lincoln. The movie focuses on Lincoln’s final four months in office and his efforts to pass the 13th Amendment to abolish slavery. It is rated PG-13 for an intense scene of war violence, some images of carnage and brief strong language. Movie nights are sponsored by Frewsburg Pharmacy.
