Area Police Reports


Brandon M. Muoio, 29, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Police on Tuesday at 4:16 a.m. observed a male walking on North Main Street acting in a suspicious manner. When attempting to interview Muoio, he fled on foot. Officers eventually located him hiding on a back porch, and he was found to have three active warrants out of Jamestown. Muoio was transported to Jamestown City Jail and was awaiting arraignment.


Jennifer M. McIntyre, 28, was charged with petit larceny. McIntyre was detained by Wal-Mart loss prevention personnel. It was discovered she had allegedly removed items from the store without paying then exchanged the items for cash. McIntyre was detained until police arrived, and was later issued an appearance ticket for Busti Court.
