Man Charged For Driving 108 mph On I-86

A Pennsylvania man was charged with reckless driving after Jamestown-based State Police clocked him at more than 100 mph on the Southern Tier Expressway.

Nathan T. Koman, 21, of Cranesville, Pa., was observed by troopers traveling 108 mph on Interstate 86 in the town of Sherman on Sunday around 2 p.m. After stopping Koman, police located a baggie containing 32 grams of marijuana.

Koman was processed at police barracks and charged with reckless driving, speeding and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Koman will be in Sherman Court at a later date.
