Paula A. Hall

Paula A. Hall, 59, of 92 Newton Ave., died Wednesday, April 3, 2013, in Buffalo General Hospital.

She was born March 16, 1954, in Indiana, Pa., a daughter of the late Charlton and Anna Murdick Brown.

She enjoyed sewing and quilting, and had taught quilting classes over the years.

Prior to her retirement in 2004, she was employed for 28 years by the Chautauqua County Department of Social Services as supervis-ing social welfare examiner.

Surviving are two children: Kristie (Jeremy) Ling of Randolph and Stephen Hall of Jamestown; two grandchildren: Tanner and Averi Ling, both of Randolph; two brothers: Thomas (Robin) Brown of At-kinson, N.H., and Robert (Vicky) Brown of San Marcos, Texas; and a sister, Wanda (Tom Giltinan) Stewart of Jamestown.

A celebration of Paula’s life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 7 in the Lind Funeral Home. As part of the service friends and family will be offered a time to briefly share a story about Paula. Sam Ognibene will officiate.

Friends will be received for two hours prior to the service Sunday in the fun-eral home.
