Frewsburg Man Charged For Harassing His Parents

FREWSBURG – Greggory J. Brady of 920 Old Warren Road, Frewsburg, was charged Wednesday with domestic violence and fourth-degree criminal mischief before an arrest warrant was issued Thursday for violation of probation.

Carroll police report being dispatched Tuesday to 920 Old Warren Road for a reported domestic violence incident. Before officers arrived, Greggory J. Brady fled the scene to avoid police and potential arrest. Police say damage was done to the home and personal property of Brady’s parents. A short time after the initial complaint, officers were again dispatched to the home after Brady returned and again engaged in an increasingly violent domestic dispute with his mother. Brady again damaged his parent’s residence and their personal property and fled before police arrived. This time he did not return home for the rest of the night.

An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday and Brady’s probation officer found him at his residence, where he was charged without further incident. He was arraigned in Carroll Town Court and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $10,000 bail or $20,000 property. Brady remains in the Chautauqua County Jail pending review and recommendation by the Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office.
