Panama Names March Students Of Month
Panama school officials announced Students of the Month for March.
Quinn Payne, the daughter of Shelly and Chris Payne of Ashville. Quinn is in the seventh grade, and her favorite school subject is math. Her favorite television show is “Spongebob.” Quinn enjoys basketball, volleyball, reading and watching movies. She is a member of chorus and JAVA.
Patrick N. Yuchnitz, the son of Mike and Kristin Yuchnitz of Ashville. Patrick is in the eighth grade, and his favorite school subject is math. His favorite television show is “MacGyver” and musical group is Aerosmith. He enjoys playing the drums, swimming and singing. Patrick is a member of the swim team, band and chorus and the youth group at his church.
Emilee Sperry, the daughter of Michele and Mike Sperry of Ashville. Emilee is in the ninth grade, and her favorite school subject is algebra. Her favorite television shows are “The Biggest Loser” and college basketball. She enjoys basketball, swimming and drawing. She is a member of SADD, junior varsity girls’ basketball, varsity girls’ swimming and varsity girls’ track teams.
Nick Fardink, the son of Tracy Fardink and Jon Fardink, both of Ashville. Nick is in the 10th grade, and his favorite school subject is global studies. His favorite television show is “Criminal Minds” and music, country. Nick enjoys football, swimming and hanging out with friends. He is a member of the ski club, football and track and field teams.
Patrick Radka, the son of Janet and Peter Radka of Panama. Patrick is in the 11th grade, and his favorite school subject is chemistry. His favorite television show is “The Big Bang Theory.” Patrick enjoys playing hockey. He is a member of the National Honor Society, high school band, student council, tennis team, musical and is vice president of the class of 2014. He is also a member of the Boy Scouts.
Brian Radka, the son of Peter and Janet Radka of Panama. Brian is in the 12th grade, and his favorite school subject is physics. He is first in his class and is a member the National Honor Society where he is president, high school bowl, tennis, wrestling, senior play, band and is class of 2013 treasurer. He is also a member of the Boy Scouts and is an Eagle Scout.
