CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

ELLICOTTVILLE – Jason W. Lepp, 41, of Patricia Avenue, Kitchner, Ontario, was charged was driving while intoxicated. Deputies on Tuesday at 11:17 p.m. stopped Lepp after he failed to signal at an intersection. He was then observed driving his vehicle into a snow bank. Police were advised Lepp’s license had been suspended and he was found to be intoxicated after field sobriety tests. He was given appearance tickets and is due back in court at a later date.

RANDOLPH – Joseph D. Nottingham, 33, of Hall Street was taken into custody Tuesday for being a fugitive from justice stemming from a warrant from Florida. He was arraigned in Napoli Court and taken to Cattaraugus County Jail without bail.

OLEAN – Jesse J. Conner, 33, of North Third Street was charged with fourth-degree welfare fraud, fourth-degree grand larceny, four counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, petit larceny and fifth-degree welfare fraud. Conner was charged after it was reported he did not notify social services that he was no longer employed while he continued to receive day care assistance. He was issued an appearance ticket.

SALAMANCA – Carli D. Oldshield, 26, of South Loop Road, Steamburg was charged with third-degree assault. Oldshield was taken into custody on a warrant from Salamanca. She was released to appear in court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Elizabeth E. John, 26, of Old Route 17, was charged with third-degree assault. John was taken into custody on a warrant from Salamanca. She was released to appear in court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Edward L. Buffalo, 39, of South Loop Road, Steamburg, was charged with third-degree assault. Buffalo was taken into custody on a warrant from Salamanca. He was released to appear in court at a later date.

SALAMANCA – Autumn A. Curtis, 21, of South Loop Road, Steamburg, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree menacing. Curtis was taken into custody on two warrants issued from Salamanca. She was released to appear back in court at a later date.
