Pleas & Sentences

MAYVILLE – David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:

Juan G. Rivera, 28, of 15 Clinton St., Westfield was sentenced to three years in state prison and two years post-release supervision for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance to run consecutively with one to three years in prison for violation of probation and time served for second-degree criminal trespass.

Bobby R. Mount, 30, of 79 Vega St., Apt. 1, Jamestown was sentenced to 2 years in state prison and three years post-release supervision for second-degree attempted burglary and time served for second-degree obstructing governmental administration.

Jensen L. Vazquez, 26, of 537 Stowe St., Jamestown was sentenced to 1 years in state prison and two years post-release supervision for third-degree attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Dexter A. DeGolier, 32, of 10 Elm St., lower apartment, Mayville was sentenced to 12 months in jail for third-degree burglary consecutive to six months in jail for petit larceny.

Wayne A. Lawrence, 37, of 10565 Mileblock Road, N. Collins was sentenced to five years probation, a $3,000 fine, 60 months ignition interlock device and a one-year driver’s license revocation for felony DWI.

Mathew Lanphere, 19, of 9807 Route 20, Ripley was sentenced to five years probation for third-degree burglary.
