CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
ELLINGTON – Adam J. Dimpfl, 20, of East Randolph was charged at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, with burglary second and petit larceny. The charges are the result of an investigation into an incident which occurred around 10:30 p.m. on March 7 in a residence on Waterboro Hill Road, Ellington. Deputies allege that Dimpfl entered a residence while the occupants were away and stole property from the home. He was arraigned in the town of Ellington Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
Elizabeth A. Sorvelli, 39, of Russell was charged at 4:05 a.m. on Friday, with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and speeding. A sheriff’s patrol stopped a vehicle for speeding on Foote Avenue, Jamestown. The vehicle operator was identified at Sorvelli. Following a roadside investigation, she was arrested and taken into custody for processing and charged. Sorvelli was later released with appearance tickets to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
LAKEWOOD – Christopher J. Diers, 30, of 16 Price St., Jamestown was charged at 11 a.m. on Friday on a warrant for petit larceny following an incident on Monday in Wal-Mart, where he stole merchandise valued at $75.29 from the store. He is due in the Town of Busti Court on Thursday for arraignment.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE
YOUNGSVILLE – Richard Delcan Olson, 31, of Youngsville, was charged on Monday with terroristic threats, simple assault two counts and harassment two counts. The incident occurred between 4-5 a.m. when Olson assaulted a 34-year old female and a 26-year old female, both of Youngsville, with what is being described as a full unopened beer can, with Olson striking both women with the weapon. Both sustained marks and lacerations from the assault. Olson, during the assault, was threatening continued physical harm to both women. He was arraigned before District Justice Cindy Lindemuth and was committed to the Warren County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. Further court action is pending.
SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT
SALAMANCA – Sheila D. Grimes was charged at 5:48 p.m. on Tuesday, with littering and disorderly conduct. She will appear in City Court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
SALAMANCA – Autumn M. Vogle was charged on Tuesday with a dog at large. Vogle allowed her dog to run loose on Salamanca city streets without being restrained by a leash and the animal bit a male who was walking in the area. He was not injured. Vogle will appear in city court at a later date.
SALAMANCA – Jay B. Clute was charged at 8:53 p.m. on Tuesday, for a violation of the local law pertaining to code enforcement/property maintenance. He will answer the summons in city court at a later date.
SALAMANCA – Ryan J. McKenyon, of 37 Ambuski St., Salamanca was charged at 1:23 p.m. on Wednesday, outside his residence for unlawful possession of marijuana after officers conducted a traffic stop stemming from a complaint. McKenyon was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in city court at 9 a.m. on March 22.
SALAMANCA – Yancey A. Dowdy, 25, of Salamanca was charged at 10:08 p.m. on Monday with disorderly conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket at a later date.
SALAMANCA – Judson Beattie, 26, of Salamanca was charged at 9:54 a.m. on Friday, March 8 with criminal mischief fourth and criminal contempt second, following an earlier domestic dispute. He was held pending arraignment.
