Two Of JPD’s Most Wanted Taken Into Custody
Two of Jamestown Police Department’s top 10 most wanted were taken into custody this week.
Anthony R. Ford, 39, was wanted for criminal sale of a controlled substance. Ford was taken into custody in Pittsburgh, Pa., and was being held there as a fugitive from justice. Ford was extradited back to Jamestown on Tuesday by Jamestown police. He was arraigned and committed to Chautauqua County Jail.
John M. Griffin, 34, of Warren, Pa., was wanted for grand larceny. He was located Wednesday morning by the Warren County Sherriff’s Office and is currently being held in Warren County Jail, where he is awaiting an extradition hearing.
