CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

KIANTONE – Timothy A. Himes, 34, of Frewsburg was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. Deputies around 1 a.m. Tuesday responded to an accident on Route 62. Police said Himes failed to keep right and lost control of her vehicle, which overturned. Himes, who was allegedly found to be intoxicated, suffered minor injuries and was transported by Kiantone firefighters to WCA Hospital.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

JAMESTOWN – Joseph J. Casel, 41, of Hallock Street was charged with first-degree criminal contempt. Troopers said Casel violated an order of protection issued out of Chautauqua Court. He was processed at police barracks in Jamestown and committed to Chautauqua County Jail.
