CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
FORESTVILLE – Timothy G. Winford, 30, of 927 Route 39, Forestville was charged with first-degree felony unlawful imprisonment, second-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree assault. On Thursday at approximately 1 a.m., police located Winford at his residence and took him into custody without incident on a warrant from Chautauqua County. He was committed to Chautauqua County Jail without bail and will be back in court at a later date.
PORTLAND – James Seavy Jr., 48, of Route 20, Portland was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. On Monday at 10:27 p.m., deputies were speaking with Seavy regarding an unrelated incident when it was discovered was allegedly in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in Town of Portland Court at a later date.

Renee D. Purdy, 24, of 78 Hazzard St., lower apartment, Jamestown was charged with petit larceny following an incident on Tuesday. Purdy was allegedly found shoplifting from Kmart in Jamestown. Purdy was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date.
