CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
STOCKTON – Andre J. Biekert, 43, of Dewittville was charged with failure to maintain and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies on Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. observed a vehicle traveling on Hartfield-Stockton Road commit a traffic violation. It was later found that Biekert’s license privilege had been revoked. He is to appear back in court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPT.
Eric R. Roland, 19, was charged with felony fugitive from justice. Roland on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Arizona. He is awaiting arraignment and extradition to Arizona.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPT.
Darin L. Butts Jr., 19, of Thayer Street, Jamestown, was charged with two counts of petit larceny. A warrant was served Wednesday on Butts following an incident at the Wal-Mart in Lakewood. Police said Butts allegedly stole property from the store with another subject. Butts is scheduled for arraignment at a later date.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
FREDONIA – Raymond Skibicki, 20, of Elma, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Troopers on Tuesday at 12:35 a.m. stopped a vehicle on Route 20 in the town of Pomfret for having inadequate stop lamps and exhaust. The odor of marijuana was reportedly coming from the vehicle. Skibicki was allegedly found to have 4.5 grams of marijuana, a grinder containing 1 gram of marijuana and a plastic smoking device. Skibicki will be back in court at a later date.
FREDONIA – Charles M. Karlstrom Jr., 25, was charged with petit larceny after a complaint from a Portland resident that his medication was missing. Troopers said Karlstrom allegedly took hydrocodone pills without the owner’s permission. Karlstrom was released on an appearance ticket and is due back in court at a later date.
