CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

FRENCH CREEK – James J. Kos, 57, of Royalton, Ohio, was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Deputies on Monday at 12:42 a.m. were called to Peek’n Peak to assist security with an incident. Kos allegedly pushed security and obstructed officers from gathering information. Kos was arraigned in Town of Sherman Court and committed to Chautauqua County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in French Creek Court at a later date.

MINA – Patti A. Smith, 52, of Findley Lake was charged with driving over hazard lines and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content over .08 percent. Deputies on Monday at 1:48 p.m. responded to an accident on Route 426 in Findley Lake. Deputies found a vehicle had hit a telephone pole head on. Smith was allegedly found to be intoxicated. She will appear in Mina Court at a later date.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

George W. Colley Jr., of Southwestern Drive, Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault. Police arrested Colley on a warrant following an incident on Sunday at 2 a.m. in which a female victim received a facial injury during an altercation.

Miguel A. Soto, 38, Jamestown was charged with petit larceny. Officers on Monday at 6:30 p.m. responded to a report of a disorderly subject in front of Bon-Ton. Officers discovered merchandise had allegedly been taken from the store. After checking Soto’s identification, it was discovered he had active warrants out of the Town of Busti. Soto was arraigned in Town of Busti Court and remanded to Chautauqua County Jail.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

RANDOLPH – Terrence A. Musall, 27, of Sheldon Street was charged with violating parole. Musall was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail. He is due in court at a later date.

ASHFORD – Michael J. Mclean, 49, of Webster Road, Orchard Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI with a blood-alcohol content over .08 percent and speeding. Deputies on Feb. 23 at 12:45 a.m. charged Mclean following a traffic stop for speeding. He was processed and released to appear in court at a later date.
