Outdoor Club To Ski On Sunday
On Sunday, the Allegheny Outdoor Club will ski or hike the Morrison Hiking Trail on the Allegheny National Forest. Participants will meet at Howe’s True Value on Route 6 at 1:30 p.m. or at the trailhead on Route 59 at 2 p.m. For more information, call Earl Ross at 814-726-3920.
Church To Host Dinner Saturday

Parks Commission To Meet Thursday
The Chautauqua County Parks Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Chautauqua County Airport in Jamestown. The public is invited to attend.
Lenten Midweek Services Continue
First Presbyterian Church will present the second in a series of Lenten midweek services at noon Wednesday. Member Karen Ray will preach on the theme of “Past, Present, Onward!” Lunch is served after worship in the church fellowship hall. The church is located at 509 Prendergast Ave., Jamestown.
Set For Sunday
WESTFIELD – The Westfield Memorial Hospital Regional Auxiliary will host its inaugural soup supper from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, 49 S. Portage St., Westfield. Fifteen homemade soups will be on the menu, made by the members of the Westfield Memorial Hospital Auxiliary board. Rounding out the menu will be bread, beverages and homemade desserts. The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children. There is a flat $20 fee for families of four or more. All proceeds will be used for auxiliary projects at Westfield Memorial Hospital.
Blood Analysis Day Is Saturday
WESTFIELD – An AMBA Community Wellness Blood Analysis day will be held from 6-10 a.m. on Saturday at the Westfield Moose Club, 19 Clinton St., Westfield. For appointments, call 800-234-8888. The cost is $38 payable as cash only to AMBA with a $5 handling/service charge payable by cash or check to Westfield Area Community Service Organization. The test will include coronary disease, diabetes, anemia, kidney disease, liver disease, 38 various tests. YORKSHIRE – Cornell University Cooperative Extension will sponsor the 21st annual Rural Landowner Workshop on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pioneer Central School. The workshop is a regional program involving several agencies that provide educational information and outreach to landowners. There is a cost for the program and pre-registration is required.
